The theory of the seven chakras originated from ancient Indian yoga philosophy and Ayurvedic medicine. It is a concept of the human energy system discovered by ancient practitioners through meditation.
Ancient Indian yoga practitioners perceived energy flow convergence points within the human body during deep meditation, distributed along the spine in seven chakras, each corresponding to specific organs, emotions, and spiritual functions. This theoretical system has a history of thousands of years in Indian yoga literature. Later, it was introduced into Xizang with yoga practice, and was absorbed and developed by Tantrism and Tibetan Buddhism, forming a complete model of "three veins and seven rounds".
Here are the seven chakras based on common classification and their basic characteristics:
1. Root Chakra: Located at the base of the spine, it is related to survival instincts and a sense of security. Its color is usually red and it is associated with a person's survival energy, body awareness, and genetics. When the root chakra is functioning well, one will feel a sense of being grounded, stable, and safe.

7. Crown Chakra: Located at the top of the head, it symbolizes spiritual connection, enlightenment, and wholeness. Its color is often purple or white and it is related to a person's inspiration, life mission, great wisdom, and leadership.

(The color schemes of the last three chakras are relatively similar, and many crystals share these color schemes. Therefore, it is difficult to clearly distinguish the crystals used for these three chakras. Generally speaking, it is like this.)
